Based on the texts from the [[Northern Shroud Cabal|Northern]] and [[Southern Shroud Cabal|Southern]] Shroud Cabal quests, the uniforms of the group, and the name ''Shroud'' Cabal, it appears that the group may serve a faction of the Virindi.<br />
