Decayed Scrap of Paper

Introduced:

Taste of Twilight

Decayed Scrap of Paper

• Value: 20
• Burden: 25
• Properties: Bonded
• To use this item, find the other pieces.
• A small sheaf of paper, covered with Dericostian runes, recovered from a powerful undead. The runes appear to be cut off, as if most of the message were missing.

Notes

• Found on Dark Revenants during the Taste of Twilight event and is now retired.
• Use Decayed Scrap of Paper on Partial Dispatch to create Complete Dispatch.

The three notes seem to fit together perfectly, forming a complete message in an ancient language.
